You’re Finished! Here’s Your Download…

You can download your 15-minute meditation using the link below. But first, let me tell you a little about it:

Peaceful Calm is designed to evoke peace and calm in your mind and relieve you of  stress anxiety.

Peaceful Calm begins at the top of the Theta state, where it seeks to still your mind in preparation for meditation. Theta is the state of introspection, meditation, creativity and the harnessing of intuition.

The track then winds down deeper into the lower Theta zone, where you will experience deep relaxation, calm and a oneness with the world around you.

How to Listen to the Music

All you need to do is put on your headphones, sit or lie down, and relax.

Let the music wash over you and allow yourself to let go…

=> Click here to download your meditation

Note: The file is hosted in Google Drive. You can play the file in the browser window or use the download button in the top right-hand corner of the page to download to your computer or device.

If you are using an iPad or iPhone you may have to use an app like Aloha to download the file directly to your device. This is because iOS devices don't allow downloads from the browser directly to the phone.

If possible, download to your computer first, then add to iTunes, and then transfer to your phone using the charger cable used to connect your phone to your computer.

    Hi Lawrence,
Thank you for doing what you do. Today, I earned so much about Binaural Beats, mostly from you! I listened to some YouTube videos. Some articles said I need earphones which I will order after awhile tonite. I asked an AI about YouTube and compression. That is where I found your article “YouTube Binaural Beats: 6 Reasons You Shouldn’t Waste Your Time” and have been here the past several hours. I will explore all 5 of your recommended sites. I assume that by signing up to download Peaceful Calm will get me signed up for your blog. If not, sign me up. I did not specifically find a place on this site to sign up. Oh well, I am 72, my new glasses will be here this week.
I want to tell you about my history about music. In 1996 I suffered an incomplete spinal cord injury that left me unable to walk unassisted. I did a lot of PT, 40 days hospital inpatient then PT on and off ever since. One of my PT aids was going to school to be a massage therapist. She asked me if she could come to my house to practice on me as she needed so many hours experience. I said sure. She brought her own music. I did not care for music my whole life up to that point. It was so relaxing and actually relieved a lot of pain. So I went out and bought a thousand dollar surround sound stereo. We made copies of her CD’s, I joined music clubs. That was 26 years ago! I still enjoy soothing background music and now I will be collecting Binaural Beat sounds and music with your Peaceful Calm being the first of my new binaural beats collection. I am looking forward to reading your blog.
    Thank you so much,
    Rick

      Hi Rick,

Thank you so much for your kind words. I’m thrilled that you’ve found the blog helpful and that “Peaceful Calm” will be the first track in your new binaural beats collection; that’s a wonderful start!

Your story about discovering the power of music after your spinal cord injury is incredibly inspiring. It’s amazing how something as simple as the right music at the right time can have such a profound impact on both body and mind.

Yes, using good-quality earphones will make a noticeable difference to the listening experience, but you don’t need to spend much. Just one of the known brands like Sony, Bose, Shure, Senheiser or similar will be fine.

Regarding the blog sign-up, if you download “Peaceful Calm,” you should automatically be added to my mailing list.

      All the best, Lawrence.

Thank you so very much for the download and your page! I am new to this so your page is wonderful for me to ease into it. I have your Peace &Calm on constant rotation now!
I thought I never cared much for “new ageish” tracks but obviously was sorely wrong. Love yours and will visit all the sites you linked to. Really grateful!

Thank you so much Maya for your kind words! Music has a way of surprising us, and I’m glad mine has resonated with you, even if you weren’t sure it would at first.

Wishing you many moments of peace and relaxation!

Thank you Lawrence for the music. I must have done something incorrectly in the download. Only played 6 minutes. I don’t think the Theta waves is what I need. didn’t seem to do much for me. Looking for something to put me to shut my brain down and put me to sleep. If I downloaded the file correctly, I will try it again. I am sure I need to learn to meditate. Thank You for your time and effort.

Hi Steve, it must not have downloaded properly. You should listen for at least 15 minutes. For sleep, try using Delta frequency tracks.

Hi Sunithi, I’m sorry, I don’t. But best of luck with your work; that’s a great profession.
